Event Catering Request

Please note:

    1. A quote does not guarantee that we have open availability for your event.
    2. If our availability is open for your event, we will send you a contract.
    3. Once you have signed your contract and paid your deposit we will secure your catering request.
    4. Quotes are estimates only and do not include last minute add-ons, tax , $15% service fees, travel /gas distance fees (if applicable) and gratuity.
    5. We impose a 3% surcharge on all credit card transactions.
    6. Cartage fee: $150 (this will be charged if we are required to go through muddy /grassy terrain or we do not have a CLEAR path for our dolly to transport our heavy equipment or if unloading distance is far from our set up/serving area)

    We review all Catering Request Submissions on a first-come first-served order.

Special Details:

  1. Aloha Boys will need access to the location (indoors or outdoors) for set-up approximately 45 minutes prior to start time.
  2. A standard 120W outlet must be available within 20-25 feet of our set up area on ground level. If you do not have an outlet available, we will need to use our generator which will add a fee of $85 to your quote/contract.
  3. Event host/coordinator is responsible to obtain any required permits etc.
  4. For Shave Ice Parties: Tabletop set-up requires approximately 8 square ft. For Pop-Up Canopy catering we will need 10×10 ft. area
  5. For Crepe Parties: Tabletop set-up requires approximately 8 square ft. For Pop-Up Canopy catering we will need 10×10 ft. area. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us at (949) 402-6033
